The library has an infinite number of books, which contain alternate versions of Nora’s life. When Nora Seed decided to die, she finds herself in the Midnight Library. This was a quick read, as many chapters are only a couple pages long, but its message and story are far from rushed or diminished. It was beautifully written and took such a significant and vast topic and presented it in a fresh, lovely, and elegiac way.

I think it was through bookstagram, and the first sentence of the synopsis hooked me: “Between life and death there is a library.” I absolutely loved this book. Review: I forgot how I came across this book. **CONTENT WARNING: This book contains a suicide attempt Genre: Fiction, fantasy/magical realism, contemporary Publisher: Viking (imprint of Penguin Random House)
